Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse appearance standards, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership. This position requires physical agility, attention to detail, and adherence to safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipments strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with the team.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect products for quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to collaborate, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy items, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
