Job Description

We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. This position offers up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour and involves working 1st Shift with various schedule options. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling merchandise, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and ensuring product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively within the team.
• Provide feedback for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to change.
• Demonstrate positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency in tasks.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move products, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
