Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join Aldi, a leading company in the retail industry. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, ensuring the timely and accurate fulfillment of orders while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
• Follow company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Basic arithmetic knowledge.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.
