1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented and hardworking Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the ALDI team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and smooth operation of our warehouse, from receiving and organizing merchandise to preparing shipments and maintaining cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse based on handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes and goals.
• Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.

• Efficiently organizes work tasks and communicates effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
• Works well independently and in a team environment.
