Job Description
We are hiring a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. This position offers a competitive starting wage of up to $18.00 - $24.00 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving and handling stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill orders.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise efficiently for shipment.
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
- Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and efficiency.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
