We are currently hiring for the position of 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate at ALDI. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Education and Experience

A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred for this position.

Physical Requirements

This role involves lifting and handling products up to 45 pounds, moving merchandise, and working in varying temperatures. You must be able to operate powered industrial equipment safely.
