Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the dynamic team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and preparing merchandise for shipment, ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.
• Perform tasks accurately and efficiently as per company procedures.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
