Job Description
We are currently seeking a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, maintaining warehouse cleanliness, and collaborating with peers and leadership to optimize warehouse processes.
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
- Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
- Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
- Clean and maintain warehouse appearance to meet safety standards.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and management.
- Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
- Inspect and report product quality and safety concerns.
- Act independently within assigned responsibilities.
- Assist in achieving budgetary goals.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures accurately and efficiently.
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move up to 45 pounds of product.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Basic arithmetic skills.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team environment.
