Job Description
We are looking for a dependable Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, preparing merchandise for shipment, and maintaining warehouse standards.
Job Type
- Full-Time
- Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
- Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
- Starting Wage: Up to $20.75 - $26.75 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock with accuracy
- Relocate merchandise as per guidelines
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment
- Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards
- Participate in inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvement
- Inspect product quality and report issues
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to lift up to 45 pounds
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Basic arithmetic proficiency
- Team player with attention to detail
