1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, ensuring warehouse cleanliness and safety, and contributing to inventory management. You must be detail-oriented and able to work both independently and collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately and promptly.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Conduct general cleaning tasks and assist with inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide feedback to enhance warehouse processes.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and perform physical warehouse tasks.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and the ability to work in varying temperatures.
