Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in fulfilling orders efficiently, maintaining warehouse standards, and contributing to the overall success of our operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company policies.

Requirements

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, positive attitude, and collaborates effectively with the team.
• Ability to handle physical requirements of the job, including lifting up to 45 pounds.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
