Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and contributing to the overall warehouse operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness and teamwork.
• Shows resilience, drive for success, and efficiency in tasks.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with attention to detail.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physical environments.
