Job Description
We are looking for a dedicated Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join the team at ALDI. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in the efficient operation of the warehouse, including stock handling, merchandise organization, and shipment preparation. Responsibilities
- Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
- Relocate merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
- Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
- Communicate effectively with peers, suppliers, and leadership.
- Inspect products for quality, safety, and sanitation.
- Operate equipment safely and report any issues.
- Support warehouse management in process improvements and goal achievement.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
- Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
- Basic arithmetic skills and ability to follow instructions.
- Experience in warehouse operations is a plus.
