Job Description

We are currently hiring for 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associates at Aldi. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for various duties including selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This position requires efficient handling of products and collaboration with peers and warehouse leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise throughout the warehouse as per guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.
