1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a valued member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for efficiently handling stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the warehouse meets safety and cleanliness standards.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with team members and leadership.
• Provide feedback for process improvement.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.
• Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, positive attitude, collaboration, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move items weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
