Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Full-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, organizing merchandise, and ensuring the smooth operation of warehouse processes. The position offers a starting wage ranging from $18.50 to $24.50 per hour based on shift differentials.

Responsibilities

• Receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and management.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Capability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate warehouse equipment safely.
