1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a warehouse associate, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to our commitment to quality and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and relocate merchandise following guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Assist in implementing process improvements as needed.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues to management.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills and effective communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
