1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a reliable 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at ALDI. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. This position offers an average of fewer than 30 hours per week in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and collaborate with peers and management.
• Provide input for process improvement to warehouse management.
• Inspect product quality and address safety and sanitation concerns.
• Operate equipment safely and follow company procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow company policies and procedures.
• Good communication and basic math skills.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate equipment.
