Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our dynamic team at ALDI. Our warehouse associates play a crucial role in ensuring that products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores to meet the needs of our customers. Working in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, you will be an essential part of our operations with opportunities for growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently receive and select incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving warehouse goals.
• Operate equipment safely and follow ergonomic and safety guidelines.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies, communicate effectively, and work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
