We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. This position offers an opportunity to be a part of our warehouse operations, ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality and integrity of our products while adhering to safety standards.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
