Job Description

Join the team at Aldi as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and play a crucial role in our warehouse operations. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for efficiently receiving, selecting, and delivering products to our stores. As part of a dedicated team, you will work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, ensuring products are handled safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to improve processes.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
