1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

Join ALDI as a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate and be a part of a dedicated team that ensures products are efficiently processed, prepared, and delivered to our stores. This role offers an opportunity to work less than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled environments with a starting wage of $23.75 per hour.

Key Responsibilities

• Efficiently select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership for effective communication and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrates positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to follow instructions.
