Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our team at Aldi. As a warehouse associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our products are received, selected, and delivered to our stores efficiently. This position offers the opportunity to work in both ambient and temperature-controlled areas, with an average of fewer than 30 hours per week.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and address safety concerns.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and demonstrate a positive attitude.
• Efficiently organize work and execute tasks.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise throughout the warehouse.
• Work in various temperatures and operate powered industrial equipment.
