Job Description

We are looking for a detail-oriented 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join our vibrant team at Aldi. As part of our warehouse operations, you will play a crucial role in selecting, receiving, and delivering products to our stores. Working fewer than 30 hours per week, you will be responsible for ensuring that merchandise is efficiently handled, stored, and prepared for shipment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes and achieve goals.
• Inspect products for quality and safety compliance.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• A positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency in task execution.
