1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Part-Time Warehouse Associate to join the Aldi team. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. As part of a collaborative team, you will contribute to achieving warehouse goals and maintaining a safe work environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock for order fulfillment.
• Relocate merchandise following product handling guidelines.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain cleanliness.
• Collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Able to perform basic arithmetic and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lifting and placing products up to 45 pounds.
• Moving merchandise and preparing deliveries.
• Standing, bending, reaching, and operating equipment.
• Working in varying temperatures.
