Job Description

We are looking for a reliable and energetic individual to join our team as a 1st Shift Warehouse Entry Level at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for various warehouse duties, including stock selection, relocation, organization, and loading for shipment. The ideal candidate will collaborate effectively with team members and warehouse leadership, ensuring a safe and productive work environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and assist in inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to warehouse management for process improvements.
• Inspect product for quality, safety, and sanitation.
• Operate equipment safely and report any issues.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, collaboration, positivity, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret company policies and procedures.
• Excellent communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to work independently or in a team.

Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, push, pull, lift, and carry.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
