Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise within the warehouse.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Communicate effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move heavy products.
