1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at ALDI. This is a full-time position with approximately 30-35 hours per week and starting wage of up to $22.75 per hour. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, loading and unloading shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise as per handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning and inventory counts.
• Collaborate effectively with peers and leadership.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Flexibility to work in varying temperatures and environments.
