Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes.
• Inspect product quality and report issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Basic arithmetic skills.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds and move merchandise.
• Work in varying temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
