1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. The position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage of up to $18.50 - $24.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differential pay.

Job Schedules

• Schedule A1: Wednesday-Sunday; Monday-Tuesday off
• Schedule A2: Friday-Tuesday; Wednesday-Thursday off
• Schedule B: Rotating Saturday-Sunday every 3 weeks
• Schedule C: Rotating Saturday-Sunday every other weekend
• Schedule D: Monday-Friday; Saturday-Sunday off

Duties and Responsibilities

• Receive and fulfill orders from stores efficiently.
• Organize and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean and maintain warehouse standards.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.

Physical Requirements

• Lift up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
