1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. In this role, you will be responsible for efficiently and accurately fulfilling orders for our stores, ensuring that products are stored, selected, and loaded properly. This position offers competitive pay starting at $23.75 per hour for fewer than 30 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Collaborate effectively with colleagues and warehouse leadership.
• Contribute to process improvements and budget goals.

Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years.
• Demonstrated conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies, communicate effectively, and follow instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds, operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding conditions.
• Stand, bend, reach, and walk throughout the warehouse.
