1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join ALDI's team in a full-time position. The role involves various responsibilities such as selecting and receiving stock, organizing merchandise, and participating in warehouse inventory counts. As a key member of the warehouse team, you will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and product quality.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise strategically.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products for quality and safety concerns.
• Follow warehouse safety guidelines and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, and product integrity.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
