Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi, a leading retail company. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently fulfilling orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse standards to ensure smooth operations.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties and maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement and warehouse optimization.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Excellent communication skills and attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely and efficiently.
