1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient movement of merchandise within the warehouse, preparing products for delivery to stores, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders effectively.
• Organize, load, and unload merchandise according to warehouse guidelines.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate with peers and warehouse leadership to enhance processes.
• Inspect product quality and report any safety or sanitation issues.
• Operate equipment safely and efficiently.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
