Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. If you are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment, this role is perfect for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders accurately.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Load and unload shipment trucks strategically.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide feedback to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect product quality and safety.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or in a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Work in various temperatures and operate industrial equipment.
