1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a Full-Time employee, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with starting wages ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, based on shift and schedule differentials.

Currently Hiring for the Following Schedules:

• Schedule D
• Schedule B

Responsibilities

• Efficiently handle incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Organize and load merchandise strategically for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and cooperate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.
• High School Diploma preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds, operate equipment, and work in varying temperatures.
