Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi, a leading company offering competitive wages and benefits. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling and preparing merchandise in the warehouse for delivery to stores, ensuring quality and safety standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Clean warehouse and participate in inventory counts.
• Collaborate with team members and provide input for process improvement.

Requirements

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Efficiently organize and execute tasks with attention to detail.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
