1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. This full-time position offers 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $18.00 to $24.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently handling incoming stock, organizing merchandise, preparing shipments, and maintaining warehouse standards. You will collaborate with team members and warehouse leadership, contribute to process improvements, and ensure product quality and safety.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Move and organize merchandise in the warehouse.
• Prepare shipments and unload incoming deliveries.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members and suppliers.
• Provide input for process improvements and budget goals.

Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to follow ALDI Acts competencies.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Basic math skills and attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift and move up to 45 pounds and operate industrial equipment.
