Job Description

We are looking for a 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team on a full-time basis. The role involves selecting and receiving stock, relocating merchandise, sorting and loading products for shipment, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety. As a Warehouse Package Handler, you will collaborate with colleagues and warehouse leadership to ensure operational efficiency and quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, the ability to work independently and as part of a team, and adherence to company policies and procedures. Physical requirements include lifting and moving items up to 45 pounds, operating powered industrial equipment, and working in varying temperatures.
