Job Description
Position Type: Full-Time
Average Hours: 30-35 hours per week
Starting Wage: Up to $19.50 - $23.50 per hour (based on shift and schedule differential pay)
Shift: 1st Shift - 7:00 AM start time
Currently hiring for:
• Schedule D
• Schedule A2
• Schedule B
Schedules:
• Schedule A1: Requires working Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday with Monday and Tuesday off each week.
• Schedule A2: Requires working Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, and Tuesday with Wednesday and Thursday off each week.
• Schedule B: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday 2 out of every 3 weeks. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 consecutive weekdays will be scheduled off. Schedule B is a three-week rotating schedule.
• Schedule C: Requires working both Saturday and Sunday every other weekend. When scheduled to work on Saturday and Sunday, 2 weekdays will be scheduled off. Schedule C is a four-week rotating schedule.
• Schedule D: Requires working Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Friday with Saturday and Sunday off each week.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Must be able to perform duties with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Selects and receives incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders received from stores.
- Relocates merchandise throughout the warehouse.
- Sorts, organizes, and loads merchandise strategically for shipment.
- Performs general cleaning duties and warehouse inventory counts.
- Collaborates effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
- Provides input to improve processes, inspects product quality, and assists in achieving budgeted goals.
- Follows safety guidelines, ergonomic programs, and notifies management regarding issues.
- Performs assigned tasks accurately, efficiently, and follows company policy.

Education and Experience:
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
Physical Requirements:
• Lift and place products up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, reach, and operate equipment.
