1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are hiring for the position of 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler at Aldi. This is a full-time role with an average of 30-35 hours per week.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse according to guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate and interact effectively with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect product quality and safety concerns.
• Perform all assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate excellence in performance, collaboration, positive attitude, resilience, and efficiency.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and handle products up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
