1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join Aldi's team. If you are a team player with strong organizational skills and a positive attitude, this position is for you.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.
• Inspect and ensure product quality and safety.
• Follow safety guidelines and report issues.
• Operate equipment and maintain a clean work environment.

Job Qualifications

• 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to work collaboratively and follow instructions.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic arithmetic abilities.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and move products up to 45 pounds.
• Engage in various physical tasks in a warehouse environment.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
