1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are looking for a motivated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the ALDI team. As a Package Handler, you will be responsible for efficiently fulfilling store orders, organizing merchandise, and maintaining warehouse cleanliness. This is a full-time position with competitive wages and benefits.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise as per guidelines.
• Load and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input to improve warehouse processes.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Demonstrate conscientiousness, collaboration, positive attitude, and resilience.
• Ability to interpret and apply policies and procedures.
• Good communication and basic arithmetic skills.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Operate powered industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and physically demanding environments.
