Job Description

We are looking for dedicated individuals to join our team as 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers at Aldi. Our warehouse plays a vital role in ensuring products are efficiently received, selected, and delivered to our stores for our valued customers. As a part-time position, you will work fewer than 30 hours per week in ambient and temperature-controlled areas, contributing to a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness to meet safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with peers and leadership.
• Provide input for process improvement.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Adhere to safety guidelines and company policies.

Requirements

• Minimum 18 years of age.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work in a team environment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
• Comfortable with physical tasks and operating equipment.
