We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join the team at Aldi. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Strategically sort, organize, and load/unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with team members.
• Provide input for process improvements and assist in achieving goals.
• Inspect product quality and report any issues.
• Perform assigned tasks accurately and efficiently.

Job Qualifications

• Minimum age requirement: 18 years old.
• Demonstrates conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, resilience, and drive for success.
• Ability to interpret and apply company policies with efficiency.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail.
• Basic arithmetic skills and ability to work independently or in a team.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and handle products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Move merchandise, stand, bend, and perform various physical tasks.
• Operate powered industrial equipment safely.
