Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a full-time employee, you will play a crucial role in receiving, organizing, and shipping merchandise efficiently to our stores. Your responsibilities will include selecting and relocating stock, maintaining warehouse appearance standards, and participating in inventory counts. You will collaborate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership to ensure smooth operations while adhering to safety guidelines and company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock accurately.
• Relocate merchandise based on product handling guidelines.
• Sort, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness and safety standards.
• Participate in inventory counts and suggest process improvements.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrates conscientiousness, teamwork, positive attitude, and efficiency.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently or within a team.
• Basic arithmetic skills and clear communication abilities.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physically able to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered industrial equipment.
• Capable of working in varying temperatures in a warehouse setting.
