1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler

Job Description

We are currently seeking 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handlers to join our team at Aldi. As a Full-Time member, you will work approximately 30-35 hours per week with a starting wage ranging from $19.50 to $23.50 per hour, depending on the shift schedule.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocate merchandise in accordance with warehouse guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment, as well as unload incoming shipments.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts and maintain warehouse appearance standards.
• Collaborate effectively with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Inspect products and provide feedback to improve processes.
• Operate equipment safely and adhere to company policies and procedures.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Demonstrate conscientious behavior, teamwork, positive attitude, drive for success, and organizational efficiency.

Education and Experience

High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements

Ability to lift products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, and operate powered industrial equipment.
