Job Description

We are looking for a Full-Time 1st Shift Warehouse Package Handler to join our team at Aldi. As a Package Handler, you will play a crucial role in efficiently selecting and receiving incoming stock, organizing merchandise in the warehouse, and preparing shipments for delivery. Your responsibilities will include maintaining warehouse cleanliness, participating in inventory counts, and collaborating effectively with peers and leadership.

Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise following handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment.
• Perform general cleaning duties to maintain warehouse appearance.
• Participate in inventory counts and communicate effectively with colleagues.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds.
• Good communication skills and attention to detail.
• Aptitude for basic arithmetic and following instructions.
