Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. As a Warehouse Stocker, you will play a crucial role in efficiently managing stock, ensuring timely order fulfillment, and maintaining warehouse standards. Responsibilities

• Select and receive incoming stock to fulfill store orders.
• Relocate merchandise according to handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, load, and unload merchandise for shipment.
• Participate in warehouse inventory counts.
• Cooperate with peers, suppliers, and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input for process improvements.
• Inspect product quality and safety compliance.
• Operate equipment following safety guidelines.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Physical ability to lift and move merchandise up to 45 pounds.
• Effective communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
