1st Shift Warehouse Stocker

Job Description

We are currently seeking a 1st Shift Warehouse Stocker to join our team at Aldi. This is a full-time position with an average of 30-35 hours per week. The starting wage ranges from $18.00 to $22.00 per hour, depending on the shift and schedule. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Select and receive incoming stock efficiently to fulfill orders from stores.
• Relocate merchandise in the warehouse following product handling guidelines.
• Sort, organize, and load merchandise for shipment and unload incoming shipments.
• Perform general cleaning duties, inventory counts, and cooperate with peers and warehouse leadership.
• Provide input to improve processes, inspect product quality, and assist in achieving budgeted goals.
• Operate equipment safely, notify management of issues, and perform other assigned tasks.

Job Qualifications:

• Must be 18 years old or above.
• Demonstrate concern for quality, safety, collaborate with the team, maintain a positive attitude, strive for success, and organize tasks efficiently.
• Ability to interpret company policies, excellent communication skills, basic arithmetic, attention to detail, and teamwork.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Physical Requirements:

• Lift and place products weighing up to 45 pounds, move merchandise, sit, stand, bend, and operate industrial equipment.
• Work in varying temperatures and environments.
